Enlightened Fitness is an opportunity to explore your body, mind, and spirit from a multi-dimensional and evidence-based approach, resulting in noticeable enhancements in daily life and goal achievement.

Our program is grounded in principles of biomechanics, functional movement, and exercise physiology, and enhances human function and body-mind integration through mindful movement. Incorporating elements of Eastern healing practices such as Yoga, Ayurveda, and Reiki, the client develops a greater sense of awareness, connection, and balance throughout the day.

Upholding high standards with latest research and best practices, our procedures incorporate postural and movement evaluation; movement patterning that increases efficiency; and exercises enhancing perceptual, kinesthetic, and proprioceptive sensitivity.

We believe everyone can overcome conditioned and habitual functioning patterns and thrive with the freedom found through self-discipline and consistent practice towards a goal.

While the body is being transformed through physical methods, the mind gains focus and clarity, and the light of the spirit is free to shine through in its full expression.

  • After spending time talking together and completing a short assessment, I thoughtfully develop a unique plan for your complete holistic wellness that includes appropriate lifestyle modifications, establishing healthy routines, incorporating personal empowerment practices.... and of course... weekly homework!

  • Specifically addressing the principles of empowered living… we weave movement , breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation into your days ... and tap into your innate human capacity to see beyond our suffering and stories.
